Why the area changes the build

In the newer subdivisions the fill under a patio may still be settling, which is a footing question. On the older ground northeast of town, irrigation easements and mature roots decide where a run can go.

West of Ten Mile you may be on a well and septic, which changes whether a sink is straightforward. Downtown the lots are tighter and older, so access and proportion matter more than anywhere else.

None of this makes one area harder to build in than another. It just means the same kitchen gets planned differently depending on where it is going, which is why there is a page per area rather than one page for the whole city.
